QWGmire is the joint production company of Molly C. Quinn, Matthew M. Welty, and Elan Gale.

Molly C. Quinn

Best known as a seasoned actress, Molly C. Quinn played “Alexis Castle” for all 8 seasons of ABC’s “Castle”, she starred opposite Jennifer Aniston in the hit comedy “We're the Millers”, among other live and animated projects.  Her eye for detail brought her to production 7 years ago with the film “Welcome to Happiness” that won best picture at the DeadCENTER film festival. 

Matthew M. Welty

An early Facebook engineer and serial entrepreneur, Matthew M. Welty is an up and coming producer of film and television. He is an experienced technology executive who has held prominent roles at some of the most disruptive companies in the world. After two decades working in tech, he sought nourishment for his creative side and decided to make the leap into entertainment.

Elan Gale

Elan Gale is a prolific unscripted television producer, credited with more than 300 episodes of primetime network television. He acted as showrunner on dozens of pre-taped and live network specials. Elan has written scripted series for Netflix under Mike Flanagan’s banner, Intrepid. He continues to sell both scripted and unscripted projects to major studios, traditional and streaming.
